Responsible for organizational management of office functions. In addition, Nancy is also responsible for informing the Provincial House Community of hospitality needs. Please let Nancy know if you are planning to stay at the Provincial House.

Responsible for managing and directing the Province’s internal and external communications.

+ Mission Advancement - Rosalie Mullane

Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Phone Extension: 17

Responsible for the activity of the Mission Advancement Office. Rosalie will address any questions related to donations and fund-raising events.

+ Archives - Alyse Franco

Volunteers usually one evening a week

Responsible for assessing, collecting, organizing, preserving and maintaining control over records and archives with long-term historical value.

+ Finance Office

In general, the following is the schedule of the personnel in the Finance Office. Any questions may be addressed to Jacquie since she is present each day and knows the workings of the office. Specific questions may be addressed to Beth or Lori directly, in keeping with the areas indicated below:
