It's Jubilee Week for the Daughters of Wisdom!

Today, we celebrate Sr. Margaret (Peggy) Kelliher, DW, 89 (Sr. Thomas Mary of the Child Jesus, August 2, 1955), as she marks her 70th Jubilee. This joyful occasion is part of our annual tradition to honor our Jubilarians and their many years of dedicated service in ministry.

We recognize Sr. Peggy for her extensive experience as an elementary school educator and religious education instructor. Reflecting on her teaching years has always brought her great joy through cherished memories of her students and their innocence. Known for her exceptional organizational skills, Sr. Peggy served notably as the provincial secretary on the leadership team, where she made significant contributions. Additionally, Sr. Peggy was active in social outreach ministry; she could often be found cleaning parishioners' homes, taking others to medical appointments, and quietly serving those in need with a smile that could brighten even the most challenging situations.

We are also grateful for the many years Sr. Peggy spent companioning the Associates of Wisdom. They expressed their appreciation, stating, "We are mindful of women like Sr. Peggy who stay with a vision and carry it to fruition."
