Our Lady of Perpetual Help Celebrates Staff Appreciation Day

To celebrate Staff Appreciation Day at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Convent, the Sisters and staff enjoyed a sentimental sing-along, reminiscing about past times through songs of ragtime and romance. 

Their repertoire included "Let Me Call You Sweetheart," "Pretty Baby," "Toot, Toot, Tootsie," "Heart of My Heart," and "Good Night Ladies." However, none were sung with more enthusiasm than "God Bless America" and a special request from the staff to hear “Chant de l’Unite.” 
The sing-along concluded with a special song dedicated to the staff. Sr. Mary Jane Cashin revised the lyrics of "Now Thank We All Our God" to express sentiments of gratitude for the staff. The words to the reinvisioned version are below:
