Do you ever wish you had some quiet time just to BE
and get in touch with the deeper meaning of life?

That is what meditating with WISDOM invites you to do.
As you enter a quiet place where you meet WISDOM,
allow
yourself to let go of all that is on your mind.

Become aware of your heart beating.
Take several deep breaths.
Breathe IN: quiet, peace, harmony
Breathe OUT: stress, anxiety, and lack of harmony.
Be still as you wait for Wisdom to speak to your heart.
Reflect on these words of Scripture:
I, Wisdom, dwell with experience.
Mine are counsel and advice; mine is strength.
I am understanding.
Those who love me, I also love,
And those who seek me find me.
Proverbs 8:12,
14, 17

Reflect on these questions
In your life, how have you
experienced Wisdom sheltering you?
When have you experienced her faithful
promises kept?
How does Wisdom call you to reach out to our wounded world?
